Lion Inn weddings are simply stunning, it is one of those venues that just offers so much, especially from a photography point of view. Gemma and Daniel got married at the Fabulous Essex wedding venue The Lion Inn in Boreham on 19^th July 2022. I had actually had a few days away in Dorset just before this wedding and it was an absolute scorcher. Having been keeping an eye on the weather forecast as I always do before a wedding their date was on track to be the hottest day on record in the UK and it did turn out to be just that. Fortunately, The Lion Inn has air conditioning which meant we could keep nipping inside to cool off. If you are looking for a wedding venue around the Chelmsford area I would definitely recommend a Lion Inn wedding, the staff are lovely and it has some beautiful backdrops.

A Fantastic Essex Wedding Venue

This was a fantastic wedding, so much fun. Gemma and Daniel were up for lots of photos so we made sure we got the absolute best from all the locations around the venue including a few shots using the wheatfield next door as a nice background. The Lion Inn has some stunning hanging lights inside, with a little off-camera flash and creative camera settings you can get some fantastic effects making some great wall-worthy images.
