Beautiful Wivenhoe House Summer Wedding

Amy and Ryan’s beautiful Wivenhoe House summer wedding was something truly special, there was so much love and laugher, everything was just perfect. Wivenhoe House has so much offer and never disappoints for great photos. One of the things I love about photographing weddings at Wivenhoe House is no matter what the weather they you have covered with beautiful spacious rooms inside to all the scenic outdoor locations.

The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, beautiful light diffused by big fluffy clouds created the perfect conditions allowing the guests to mingle outside for most of the day.

A Four-Legged Ring Bearer

One of the most heartwarming moments of the ceremony was when their dog Mia made her way down the aisle with the rings attached to her collar. As a dog lover myself, it was such a joy to capture this moment! Mia clearly meant the world to them and including her in such an important role made the day feel even more personal and special.

Singing Waiters: A Fun Surprise

Amy and Ryan had planned a surprise, a singing waiter. Singing waiters are always great fun, from my point of view they are perfect for getting lots of dancing and reaction photographs. The singing waiter added a brilliant touch of fun and spontaneity, I would definitely recommend booking one, it’s a great way to get everyone involved in the fun.

Wivenhoe House Summer Wedding – Soaking Up the Sun

The warm weather meant that after the meal, guests could return to the gardens and make the most of the beautiful day. I spent time capturing candid moments — friends laughing over glasses of champagne and family members relaxing in the sun. The soft evening light was perfect for their couple portraits. We took a walk down to the lake to capture some beautiful golden hour and sun flare photographs.

Evening Entertainment with a Touch of Magic

As the evening set in, there was another surprise for the guests — a magician! Amy and Ryan had booked Josh King to perform magic tricks for their guests, I have seen Josh work many times before and the tricks he does will leave your jaw on the floor. Watching the guests’ reactions was just as fun as watching the tricks themselves, capturing the reactions is so much fun.

Wivenhoe House Summer Wedding – A Day to Remember

For a wedding photographer, weddings like this are an absolute dream. It wasn’t just the beautiful setting or the thoughtful details that made it special, the day was just magic with so much happening and happiness in the air.

A massive thank you to Amy and Ryan for letting me be a part of your special day and booking me to photograph your Wivenhoe House Summer Wedding. I wish you both lifetime of happiness.
